I recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a fabulous experience. The hotel is situated in a prime location, with several other beautiful beaches just a short distance away. I loved being able to easily access the ocean and spend my days relaxing on the wonderful swimming beach. The hotel staff provided exceptional service, from the moment I arrived until the day I checked out. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that all my needs were met. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job, keeping my room clean and tidy throughout my stay. Additionally, the hotel offers a range of amenities including a car hire service, laundry service, and airport shuttle, making my trip even more convenient and hassle-free.

This hotel is highly recommended for families seeking a luxurious and comfortable stay.

We had a lovely romantic escape with two key advantages. the bungalows are adorable and the staff made us feel very welcome and made sure that we had everything we need. the location is stunning with an expansive beach, the perfect spot to spend hours lounging under umbrellas or walking the warm coastline. The grounds are well-manicured with plenty of greenery and flowers, making the environment quite pleasant.

Although the location was excellent, we felt the prices were too high, and we were not a fan of the food’s quality. although the staff was friendly and accommodating, the service was relatively slow, and we found we had to keep chasing for assistance.

The hotel boasts a perfect location on beautiful Pitinga beach, perfect for swimming and sunbathing. the hotel is also up to the center of Arraial, making it convenient when heading out. Guests can enjoy the great sea view from the room and enjoy the outstanding breakfast served here. the hotel's friendly staff and exceptional room services make for an excellent stay experience.

The facility maintenance in small items could be improved, like adding more hooks in the bathroom instead of replacing the towels each day.

Celebrating New Year's Eve at this beachfront resort was absolutely incredible! the resort had an amazing view of the beach and the ocean, which created a stunning backdrop for the New Year's Eve party! the staff were super friendly and went out of their way to make sure that everyone was having a great time. the resort had so many fun New Year's activities to participate in, like fireworks, live music, and a delicious buffet dinner. Best Aspects: the New Year's Eve party, the location was perfect for us! We loved that everything we needed was just a short walk away and we didn't have to venture too far from the hotel. We also really enjoyed the comfortable accommodations and the great variety of foods offered throughout the day. it was a great experience and we would definitely love to come back for future holidays.

the only thing that we can say we didn't love was that the bath towels were a little small, but honestly, that's not a big deal compared to all of the great things that the resort had to offer.

Breakfast was delicious, and we loved that the hotel was right on a stunning swimming beach. Additionally, this hotel's proximity to other beaches and transportation made it a breeze to explore everything this city has to offer.
